These illustrations were for an article about the Japanese Giant Hornet, which is the world's largest hornet. The title of the article was called "Hornets from Hell". Done with paper.
For this Editorial Illustration Project, the article was about how people who live in Asia have a 0.5 percent chance of being related to Ghenghis Khan since him and his sons spread their seeds among numerous women as they conquered a huge chunk of the Asian continent. The illustration was done with paper and some Photoshop.
This was for a project in Editorial Illustration Class where we had to do an illustration for a spread and an illustration for the Table of Contents Page. My article was about how dolphin meat sold in parts of Japan is very poisonous since they contain large amounts of mercury. After I finished making this illustration out of paper, and seaweed, I sent the images to my graphic design partner, who added the text and other graphic design elements. Unfortunately, I don't have the graphic design part sorry.
